Terms of Service

Last updated: June 17, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TubeMiner. By signing in or subscribing, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

TubeMiner analyzes your connected YouTube channels and videos to provide SEO scores, metrics, recommendations, and alerts. We access your YouTube data on a read-only basis and never modify your YouTube content. Features and limits vary by plan.

Accounts and access

You sign in with Google. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account and for activity under your TubeMiner account. You must own or be authorized to manage the YouTube channels you connect.

Subscriptions and billing

  • A free tier is available with limited data history. Paid plans are priced per channel and billed monthly or annually through our payment processor, Stripe.
  • Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled beforehand.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal in Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; access continues until then.
  • Fees are charged in advance and, except where required by law, are non-refundable for partial periods.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Access channels or data you are not authorized to manage.
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or attempt to circumvent the access controls, rate limits, or paywalls of the service.
  • Use the service to violate YouTube's or Google's terms or applicable law.
  • Resell or redistribute the service without our written permission.

Third-party services

TubeMiner relies on Google/YouTube APIs, AWS, and Stripe. Your use of those features is also subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for outages, changes, or data limitations imposed by these providers.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. SEO scores and recommendations are informational and depend on data provided by the YouTube API; we do not guarantee any particular ranking, growth, or business outcome. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TubeMiner is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months.

Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your data at any time (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
